- 1 tbsn turmeric
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsn yeast (this is for dough)

- 1 onion
- 1 tomate
- 2 tbsn ginger garlic and Chilli paste
- 4 green chillies
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsn salt
- 1/2 peas (this for mince)
- Tamarind chutney/ sauce
- 1/2 cup tamarind soaked in half cup warm water
- 7 Kashmiri red
- Chillies (less heat)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions to make to make Wheat flour samosa (aatey ke samosey)
- First knead the dough,make a soft dough, and cover with wet cloth and keep in warm place.now heat 2 tbsn oil in pan add the sliced onion and cumin, mix now add ginger garlic and chilli paste them mutton mince and salt,mix well,add all in pic3 and cook well.
- Now add peas and simmer 2 mins and let it cool and add few coriander leaves. Now grind all in pic 2 this is tamarind chutney/sauce to go with it.after grind add salt,mix and ready.
