- Take curd in a bowl and beat well. Now add green chutney and salt into beaten curd. Then add soaked Phulki into it and mix it well.
- Heat oil and temper with cumin seeds. add tempered ingredients into phulki and mix it well.
- Dahi phulki is ready and serve chilled.
